Optical Lip-lusion Print

All thought the original painting sold in 2021, I still have the beautiful print for you to hang in your home. This was another one of my “artistic growth” paintings from 2021. I remember that I really wanted to challenge myself on finding my style because at the time I got a lot comments saying that I didn’t have a particular style, which wasn’t really stemming from any negativity but more like I just liked to paint any and everything. It may still hold some validity today but during that time in my life I was determined to find my style so people would recognize who I was. All I knew at the time was that this painting had to be colorful, had to have something realistic, but also came with a trippy vibe. Within a few weeks Optical Lip-lusion was born! This has to be one of my favorite paintings ever, so much that I had someone request to remake it earlier this year for their own. It is an 8 x 10 in high gloss finish.
